Paper Submission

Young researchers are invited to submit a 1-page abstract A4 format, including figures and tables. Only electronic submissions, in pdf format, are accepted. Please email your contributions to jean-francois.toubeau@umons.ac.be by Friday December 22, 2023.
A template (for both the abstract and the full paper) is available hereunder:

After acceptance, the authors are invited to prepare 4 pages long papers that will be collected on a proceedings USB memory stick.

The papers must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in advancing the state of the art, along with the methods and specific results in sufficient details. The paper should not exceed the four-page limit.
